Email is the writing you do most and enjoy least. Speaking a reply is three times faster than typing it, as long as what lands is a sentence rather than a transcript.
A transcript is not a reply
Raw speech has "um" in it and the moment where you start the sentence again. Exact Clean removes exactly those and nothing else, so the reply reads like writing without being rewritten into someone else’s voice.
The register of a client email
File your mail client under writing and sentences end up as sentences. That is a different treatment from your terminal, and Voicecape applies it because it can see which window has focus.
