Contact
One address, read by the people who build Voicecape. There is no ticket queue to route through and no support tier — the reply comes from someone who can change the code.
English and Korean. Written replies only; we do not run a phone line for support.
Before you buy
Ask. Whether it will hear your accent, whether it works in the app you live in, whether the 14-day trial needs a card (it does not) — these are cheaper to answer than to guess at.
Something is wrong
Tell us what you said, what appeared, and which app the cursor was in. Those three lines are usually the whole diagnosis, because insertion behaves differently in a browser than in a terminal and the app name says which path was taken.
If the app is not inserting anything at all, say which macOS version you are on and whether the permission toggles are on. We will not ask you for a transcript or a recording — we have no way to receive one, and no reason to.
Refunds and licences
A refund within 14 days needs no explanation — write from the address you bought with, or reply to your Polar receipt. The refund policy has the detail.
If you have activated all 3 of your Macs and are retiring one, open Settings → Licence on that Mac and press “Release this Mac” — the slot is free immediately. Write to us only if you no longer have it, and we release the slot the same day.
Security and privacy
If you believe you have found something that sends data where it should not, that is the report we most want, and we would rather hear it early and be wrong than late and right. The Trust Center lists every host in the code, so you can point at a row.
Who you are writing to
Foo AI Corp., in Daejeon, Republic of Korea. Polar Software, Inc. is the merchant of record for purchases in US dollars, and Korean-won subscriptions are sold by us directly — billing questions can go to either of us and we will not bounce you between the two.
